HOLISTIC PRACTICE
PHILOSOPHY
Heliotrope Holistics is dedicated to creating a clean, calm and client focussed environment, promoting whole body physical healing, and aiding relaxation and stress relief through hands on therapeutic massage and body work.
I am a Mobile Masseuse serving the Suffolk Coastal area. I aim to create a relaxing therapeutic feel in your own space during appointments.
I and many others believe Massage and Holistic Therapies can be incredibly beneficial in building a healthy life, that helps your mental and physical health be more balanced, and enable you to embrace each day more readily. I hope that if you choose my services you will find this time worthwhile, for your own self-care and wellbeing.

Me, Myself and I

My passion is people. As a natural listener rather than a talker, I love hearing about what's brought people to where they are today, what has shaped them as a person and hearing about special interests. I hope this passion for people comes through in how I provide your chosen therapy and target it to your needs.
I wanted to become a Massage Therapist after I was fortunate to having a taster weekend session in London. After spending some years working in a variety of social service and care settings; then having my daughter. I decided that I wanted to pursue Holistic therapies. Using my natural strength and interest in people, I hope to be able to play a part in making peoples lives a little calmer, if but for a moment.
I took the plunge into training officially as a Masseuse and have loved every moment. I can't wait to keep adding to my knowledge as I follow this career.

I hope in time to be able to provide free holistic therapies to those who may not otherwise be able to access it, for example those that maybe need to feel some positive touch after experiences such as Domestic Abuse. If you know of charities or centres where this may be applicable please ask them to get in contact.
